Yes. I have an opinion on glasses, as silly as it seems.
I think certain people are meant to wear them ( ex. Me! ) and certain people...eh, not so much. Contacts would look better.
But its not just about how they look, its about how they feel.
My glasses...Woah. Comfy. They're plastic and don't have the annoying nose-adjust thingys. Whenever I get new glasses, they always tickle my nose. Why? because it has a new feel to my nose. I'm so used to the other pair, that the new ones have to adjust to my nose as I have to adjust to seeing in them!
Now, I've worn glasses a longgggg time. When? Ever since...Hmm...When did my brother get his DS...Ah, um like 2006/2007. Which would be 7-8 years. Not a lot of time compared to my age. (I'm 13.)
But yes, I've been wearing glasses for such a long time, that whenever I take them off and look myself in the mirror...It just doesn't feel right. My facial structure makes me more confident and secure with my glasses on. I mean, you guys have seen how cute I am with them!
I really hate seeing pictures of me when I was younger...I looked creepy. Really creepy. Seriously. I hate it.
Now, certain frames also look good on certain people, in my opinion.
I look better with the thick-frame and narrow glasses look.
(^psst, you need to click this^)
I don't look all that good with round/wider frames.
Why? because my facial structure.
Some people don't look all that good with glasses on, which is why they wear contacts.
But it all has to do with the comfort of the person.
Because not everyone is comfortable with glasses/contacts.
My point is, I think some people look better with glasses or without them.
I'm one of those people who feel and look better with glasses.
Just my opinion.
